The software tool for analysing log files of KEBA ATM's
KePlus LogViewer facilitates the analysis of stored debug data and the precise analysis of incidents by a clearly arranged presentation. Due to the new, simplified access to information the analysis gains completely new importance. The total time required to clarify incidents can be reduced to a minimum.
Functionalities
- Easy, individual configuration
- Different languages: English and German
- Very high readability of the log files due to the automatic removal of unnecessary information
- Indication and editing of packed logs
- Automatic search and presentation of the most important events (bookmarks) of the log files (e.g. errors, service interventions, transactions)
- Definition of individual bookmarks
- Entries in the bookmark list directly refer to the accordant entry in the log file
- Results of the analysis can be saved and printed
- Defined interfaces to external KEBA tools (e.g. EBS)
- Search option (linkage, temporal sepcification of search)
- Presentation of all relevant software and hardware information for existing ATM's
- Statistical data about the number of transactions, service interventions and errors in the current log-file (reporting on a daily, monthly or anually basis)
