Components
The KEBA KeWin check features a terminal casing with space for advertising and a micro-controller with communication interfaces, which ensures device responsiveness in combination with minimum power consumption. The KeWin check display allows texts and graphics to be used in any configuration, while the barcode reader employs state-of-the art imaging technology. A sensor reliably detects if a ticket is inserted and actuates the barcode scanner only when necessary, thus again reducing power consumption and raising efficiency. Finally, the KeWin check is powered by an external power supply and because of its energy-efficient components enables low-cost continuous operation without the need for cooling. Needless to say, when selecting components, KEBA attaches the greatest importance to reliability and availability.
