Indeed, it can be said that the success of our company and our customers depends on the large portion of passion and the burning desire of our employees to get to the roots of a problem.
We are well aware of this fact and therefore do everything possible to furnish our personnel with the greatest possible individual freedom. For only perfect structures allow the use of the massive potential of the KEBA workforce and facilitate the realization of its ideas in the form of innovative products.
 

Passion is the mother of invention

Passion, enthusiasm and inquisitiveness are prerequisites for the acquisition of know-how. In order to partially satiate our hunger for knowledge, we invest some 20 per cent of our annual sales revenues in R&D. This high ratio has already brought us enormous success, as it has catapulted KEBA into a position among the global market leaders and thus furnished the company with a status that makes it an attractive partner to other innovation drivers from across the globe.
 

Passion is the elixir of youth

KEBA has a youthful workforce with an average age of just 32, whose members combine all their energies to maintain the company’s ranking as a global player in the world’s major business leagues. Indeed, while others are struggling to achieve top market rankings, we have already captured them with exclusive ideas, direct communications and a vibrant culture of teamwork. 

Passion is the secret of success

The commitment and creativity of KEBA’s personnel have already resulted in global market leadership in three fields. Moreover, in recent years, on average we have opened two new branches annually. Today, we are represented in Germany, Romania, the Czech Republic, Turkey, China, Taiwan and the USA. At present, we are working on solutions for some of the world’s top companies such as ENGEL, Dürr and Haitian in China, Deutsche Post, the Commerzbank and the Unicredit Group.
