Erste Bank

Austria
The ERSTE Bank commenced its recycling activities in April 2007 with the installation of a KEBA ATM at its Graben branch in Vienna. Moreover, the ERSTE Bank was the first customer to order machines from the new KePlus generation. 

Sparkasse Niederösterreich Mitte West AG

Austria
Sparkasse Niederösterreich Mitte West AG installed its first KEBA self-service terminals in 2000. Today, in addition to 25 ATMs, the bank’s branches also have 28 deposit and withdrawal machines with savings book function, which have been used for the gradual introduction of a closed monetary cycle. Sparkasse Niederösterreich Mitte West AG was also the first Austrian banking institute to switch to the cash cycle function. 

Raiffeisen

Austria
The Austrian Raiffeisen group has been using KEBA systems for the automation of its bank services since 1995. The main applications employed consist of payment transactions using transfer terminals, deposit and withdrawal systems, self-service savings book processing and recycling systems for counter automation.

Sparkasse Financial Group

Germany
The Sparkasse Finance Group currently comprises over 400 savings banks, of which now every third savings bank is an enthusiastic KEBA customers. KEBA is a longstanding cooperation partner of the Sparkasse Finance Group. Certified products are the cash recyclers and non-cash terminals of the current product family KePlus.

Commerzbank

Germany
Since 2004, the Commerzbank has already installed 250 systems (Rondo 4cashcycle+ R5 with coin counter). Moreover, in the course of a transition to a nationwide self-service concept, during the next two years KEBA is to supply 500 new KePlus X6 ATM systems.

Deutsche Bank

Germany
In 2004, Deutsche Bank opted for the KEBA Rondo 4cashcycle+ R5 cash recycler. The rollout with 500 systems commenced in 2005, and just one year later, a further 150 machines were ordered.
 

BCR

Romania
The leading Romanian bank Banca Comerciale Romana (BCR) i spart of the ERSTE Group and has already more than 60 systems of KePlus R6 in use.

Unicredit

Romania
Within the UniCredit Group, UniCredit Tiriac Bank in Romania was the first bank to adopt recycling technology. The customer solution developed by KEBA includes a combination of hardware, customer application, transaction server, integration as well as support services. With the expansion of the branch network of UniCredit Tiriac Bank more and more KePlus self-service terminals are installed, reaching a number of 100 pieces already.

ITS Dubai

United Arab Emirates
The ITS Group (Innovative Technology Systems) is a Dubai-based enterprise founded in 1993. At the CeBIT 2008, ITS signed a contract for 82 KePlus X6 systems, the delivery of which was completed at the end of May 2008.

Lithuania
Baltic Post is a newly-founded company joint company of Kautra, a passenger carrier company, together with Lithuania Post for the establishment of the widest network of self-service parcel terminals with more than 70 units in Lithuania. DHL and KEBA: A success story.
The PACKSTATION prizewinner of the World Mail Award 2004 as most innovative international postal product was developed in co-operation between DHL and KEBA. KEBA was selected from more than 20 competitors by DHL and exclusively commissioned with the product development. After the realization of a marketable model with customized hardware and software in a record time of only 12 months, the PACKSTATION was put into operation throughout Germany.
 
With 2,500 PACKSTATIONs installed and over 25 million parcels 2011 in Germany as well as a very high level of availability, the automation specialist KEBA is world market leader in Last Mile Solutions. With the country-wide service, 90% of the population are able to reach one of the PACKSTATIONs within 10 minutes.

KEDU

United Arab Emirates
In November 2011, the KEDU company launched an independent parcel terminal park in Dubai using the latest KePol machines under the name “Parzel”. The strategic partnership between KEBA and KEDU has resulted in an advanced and innovative  solution, which offers businesses and individuals in the Emirates access to state-of-the-art, automated delivery (15 machines in total).

Russia

Post Denmark

Denmark
In Denmark, KEBA KePol parcel stations are known and enjoying great success under the name, "Døgnposten". The Danish Post launched its first ten automats in Copenhagen during April 2008. Then, as a result of positive feedback and as the Danish people have clearly taken the 24-7 service very much to their hearts the number of parcel stations is in the meantime 130 machines. And that is not the end of the expansion.

KEBA supplies parcel stations to the Austrian Post
KEBA has designed and delivered 24 parcel stations, the so-called Post.24, for the Österrreichische Post AG. Since  November 2006, 24 fully automatic parcel stations, which are available for parcel collection or return at any time of the day or night are in operation in Vienna.

PTT

Turkey
Starting immediately, KePol parcel machines from KEBA are in use in Turkey under the name KARGOMATIK.
The Turkish PTT started with 10 devices in June 2010. In June, the first three devices will be installed in Ankara and two in Istanbul – five more will follow shortly thereafter.
The new postal service was officially introduced by Osman Tural General Director and CEO at a large media event on June 15.

Luxembourg
"P&T Luxembourg", the postal operator in Luxembourg, has contracted KEBA to supply and install twelve KePol modular systems in order to offer its customers parcel pick-ups and drop-offs that are free from the restrictions of post office opening hours.

One of our customers is the Spanish national lottery operator Sistemas Técnicos de Loterías del Estado called STL. STL is managing the technical lottery operation for LAE (Loterías y Apuestas del Estado) one of the lotteries with the highest turnover worldwide. After an international RFP and extensive benchmark tests, KEBA was chosen as the best supplier. STL has purchased a total of 10,100 KeWin multimedia and 3,175 KeWin micro terminals.
