Linz AG

Austria
The Upper Austrian energy and infrastructure supplier, LINZ AG, offers extensive services on a one-stop shopping basis. Electricity, natural gas, district heating and water are all part of its utilities range, along with communal services and public, local passenger transport. Moreover, Linz AG, which places a focus on state-of-the-art technology and environmental protection, which extends beyond the public transport sector, also generates impulses for pollutant-free individual transport, as exemplified by the electromobility area. Indeed, Linz AG has become the first customer to purchase KEBA’s KeContact charging station for electric vehicles.

Energie Steiermark

Energie Steiermark AG, Austria's fourth largest energy company, is increasing its focus on electric mobility, particularly in the areas of commuter, shopping and plant transport. The company aims to make it easier for Austrian's in the Steiermark region to switch to electric bikes or scooters, especially for short distances, which account for the most car traffic. Energie Steiermark is providing the infrastructure in a first phase with installations of KeContact charging stations in Graz and the larger regional centers.

These two strong partners are now embarking on a new partnership in the name of climate protection: MERKUR is the first company in food retailing to equip its stores in the city of Graz, initially, with KeContact charging stations that provide free green electricity for electric vehicles.

Bellaflora

Austria
Established in 1978, bellaflora is Austria's number one source for green thumbs and gardeners. In mid-June 2010, bellaflora opened its first electric charging station on the parking lot of its garden center in Leonding, and it selected KEBA's KeContact unit.
Customers of bellaflora can charge their electric vehicles at no cost during business hours. This is bellaflora's way of showing its commitment to promoting clean and energy-efficient forms of transport in the future.  This is one step closer to sustainable energy.
