The boiler module serves as input/output module for the connection of actuators and sensors of the boiler to the control.

The module is enclosed in a robust and temperature-resistant housing for protection of the electronics. Screw-type terminals and a practical mounting plate ensure especially rapid installation and servicing of the device.

Thanks to the high-quality electronic switching circuits and the powerful CPU, the heating system achieves a significantly higher control precision than comparable solutions and is resistant to external influence (parasitic couplings).

The boiler module is connected to the remaining system components via a bus system and supplies these with the 24 V supply voltage.

Up to four boilers can be cascaded via the bus system.

Thanks to the UL-compliant development, the heating system control is ready for the international markets. In addition to the current legal standards and regulations, the module also already fulfils the safety standard
EN303-5 for central heating boilers which is still in development.

All outputs of the module can be designed with current monitoring. This allows integrated motor protection and precise self-diagnostic of the heating system to be possible.
