The KEBA application team can offer support to the machine manufacturer in every phase of the project. Whether in setting up a test system, the development of special functions or the creation of visualization masks.
Individual functionality expansion
If special functions are required, which cannot be implemented in the application layer, then KEBA can integrate this function into the control system firmware.
Integration of new robots
If mechanics which have not yet been integrated are required, or if special mechanics have been developed, then this new robot type is integrated into the control system.
Integration of drive types
If the KEBA drives or other integrated drives should not be sufficient, new drives can be integrated into the control system as a service.
Drive design
Are you planning a new robot for a new application? Based on the dynamic robot model we can specify the optimal design of the drives even before the first actual robot prototype. This design is then not limited to the static case, but it considers the dynamic boundary conditions based on typical paths and loads.
Path optimization
If the customer requires to optimize paths which were programmed with the KeMotion control system, then specially trained KEBA employees are available as service providers.
