The dynamic robot model

Machine and plant manufacturers increasingly move towards developing their own, tailor-made robot applications on the basis of available mechanics and drive components. The utilization of a dynamic model helps them to gain optimal performance from the design.

Tracking

Work pieces are quite often processed stationary because the control system does not offer continuous object tracking. With KeMotion work pieces can move in space in order to grip or process them. KeMotion ensures guided support of a work piece manipulation, solves stacking tasks at conveyor belts or to paints entire automotive bodies which are moving on the assembly line - all of these tasks can either be programmed offline or can be taught on the work piece. In the normal production cycle they are performed on the moving object without a change to the program.
