Modular KePlast application software quickly delivers tailor-made solutions for all areas of the injection moulding industry, from standard hydraulic and fully electric machines, to complex, multi-component lines with further processing robots.

Libraries and open customer tier
All standard injection functions are already integrated into the extensive KePlast software libraries. Modification to special customer needs takes place quickly and simply within the framework of a clearly structured customer tier. The KePlast standard can be transformed into a personal customer application in just a few steps. 
 
Standardized software for differing machines
The KePlast application is open for all the drive principles employed in connection with injection moulding machines. The exchange of a small number of software modules transforms the application for a hydraulic machine into complete functionality for a fully electric machine, including parallel movements. This is a major advantage, not only with regard to software production and maintenance, but in particular, due to the fact that the machine operator benefits from comprehensive, standardized handling

Individual visualization
The visualization concept is based on JAVA technology and therefore offers a look and feel similar to that of Windows. As a result of pre-produced visualization elements, customized user surfaces can be created with minimum effort.
