Guided operation
The assistant guides the operator by means of yes/no decision questions on the direct route to the correct setting of machine parameters. The machine operator merely needs to evaluate the injection moulded component with regard to sprue filling and visible quality criteria. The software then adjusts the machine to the correct parameters independently until the perfect product is manufactured.
