The rollout is professionally planned by KEBA, all parties concerned coordinated and the rollout process continuously monitored from its beginning to its successful installation.

Hardware Operations

Advanced


With Hardware Operations | ADVANCED, KEBA provides its KePol customers with the option of outsourcing the operation of hardware and relying on the professional services of KEBA. KEBA therefore looks after service partner management which includes the coordination of service partner activities. KEBA formulates a service level agreement with you which defines the framework of the service partner management.


Service partner management also includes the coordination of engineer deployments on-site on your automated terminals both in the event of a breakdown and also for the preventative maintenance contained within Hardware Operations | ADVANCED. KEBA also looks after the necessary spare parts and the storage thereof in collaboration with the service partner. The KEBA service desk is available as a single point of contact for your inquiries concerning your KePol logistics solution.

Basic


Hardware Operations | BASIC provides you with sufficient support so that you can look after the hardware operation of your KePol solution independently. We will provide you with support you for complicated, technical faults via the KEBA service desk and you can look after the faults in the day-to-day business independently.


For this purpose, KEBA provides you a professional facility for ordering spare parts via our spare parts management and the possibility of having expensive spare parts repaired in our repair center.

Software Operations

Software as a service


KEBA provides you with the option of taking over the operation of the software by means of packages which are tailored to your business case in the form of SaaS, so that you can fully concentrate on your business case.

Managed Service


The Managed Services provide you with KEBA support for 3rd level inquiries whilst you look after 1st level support.
