KEBA and PRIAMUS send the same signals _2008-10-01
KEBA AG based in Linz/Austria and Priamus System Technologies headquartered in Schaffhausen / Switzerland break new ground with a new product line. Both companies made it their aim to provide cavity sensors in various technically and economically attractive products and applications for a wide market.
The basis is a profound integration of Priamus cavity sensors in the injection molding machine controls of KEBA. For the first time the advantages of the so far independent technologies can be used in an optimal way: For instance can the time of switchover be detected automatically. That allows an easy and fast machine setup and thus a filling study at mold setup is not needed. With the automatic detection of good / bad parts a manual inspection of the molded parts is not necessary anymore. Further functions like the monitoring of the eject temperature or the viscosity are also available.
The products are offered as PriaSmart option package of the KePlast control and will be presented for the first time at the IPF in Tokyo (booth no 60803).
