At this year’s SPS/IPC/DRIVES, KEBA is going to present the following novelties:
KeControl C3, the PC-based control system with real-time capacity that offers maximum performance in minimum space will set new standards in automation. The new high-performance industrial PC provides outstanding results for complex, real-time applications. Thanks to its small volume of around 1.5 liters, KeControl C3 fits into every control cabinet. All interfaces face forward in a user-friendly manner. Its integrated LCD allows for the simple output of information and offers comprehensive support with startup and diagnoses when using applications without an external visualization. Last, but not least, with its high-quality finish, the KeControl C3 is a genuine eye-catcher.
The ultra-compact one-hand operating terminal KeTop T20 offers maximum freedom during mobile operation. It renders possible full concentration on the process due to its true one-hand usage. This means that the other is constantly available for process support activities. The freely programmable OLED display keyboard with tactile keys offers additional advantages: By displaying only context-relevant keys, efficiency can be raised and maloperation be reduced drastically. The youngest offspring of the proven KeTop family is especially suitable for use in rough industrial applications. Thanks to its low weight and ergonomic design it permits long-term fatigue-free operation.
The CP240 is the new control out of the KeControl C2 generation which stands out due to its big performance and small footprint. It is perfectly compatible to the existing embedded controls from KEBA. The CP240 is based on the efficiency-optimized Intel Atom processors and thus offers high performance as well as low power consumption. It features an on-board graphics adapter with a DVI interface which helps save system costs. By supporting standard Ethernet as well as the real-time Ethernet protocols EtherCAT and SERCOS III and the CAN field bus, the CP240 represents an exceptionally versatile automation solution.
