This assists system specialists with the detailed analysis of task changes and events. The tool facilitates the simple recognition of undesirable task changes and events with the help of graphic displays. Problematic software errors, such as locking problems, can thus be analysed and corrected in a targeted manner.
Under normal circumstances, an application software crash in the field is rare. However, should such a problem occur, all KEBA control systems autonomously store the complete information of relevance to further analysis with KeStudio EventDiagnostics. Naturally, this data can also be prepared per user command.
In the case of networked machines, the diagnosis data can be sent directly to the machine manufacturer via e-mail. Should machines not be networked, the data can be easily copied per USB stick and subsequently transferred. These possibilities for remote error correction allow a drastic reduction in on-the-spot assistance by specialists.
