SPS 2010 – Lively public interest underlines KEBA’s leading position in the industrial automation field _2010-12-03

At the SPS trade fair in Nuremberg, which was held from November 23 – 25, 2010, KEBA presented both proven and new products. The great interest shown by the specialist public and the large number of contacts made, both served to underline KEBA’s top position in the field of industrial automation.

Many interested visitors at the KEBA booth in hall 7 on the SPS 2010 exhibition.
Apart from a robotic pick-and-place application, the special highlights of KEBA’s exhibit at the fair included the individual engraving of glasses using a new, active contact flange, and the very latest KeMotion Packaging system for the packaging industry. The KeTop P10 directmove manual robot control unit, which is operated in both a play-like and intuitive manner, also proved to be a showstopper, as did the robust, mobile operating terminals from the KeTop series.

In addition, an interactive presentation on a large touch screen provided visitors to the fair with a highly auspicious and exciting review of existing and future developments regarding a completely open control system from KEBA.  Maximum flexibility in connection with the matching of both hard- and software to respective customer needs, as well as a range of possibilities for individualization, ensure optimum solutions that are customized for concrete individual applications.

The SPS 2010 was again a successful trade fair for KEBA and provided many new and highly promising contacts. Indeed, the considerable interest shown by visitors and the positive market feedback obtained are confimation for the right development of products and business activity.
