KEBA delivers electric "filling station" for Linz AG _2009-06-22
The KEBA AG has developed a modern forward-looking electric filling station. Premiere at the "Mobility Showcase" on 18th June 2009 in Linz
The "Mobility Showcase" is a special exhibit which encompasses all modes of transportation and focuses on "energy efficiency for the future". Visitors got a look at what energy efficiency and preservation of resources in mobility looks like using today's solutions and future-oriented projects.
The Linz AG not only sets modern technology and environmental protection standards in public transportation, it also provides the impetus for pollution-free individual transportation. For example in the area of electric mobility.
During the "Mobility showcase", the Linz AG thus also displayed electric "filling stations" in addition to the alternative fleet of vehicles.
In the near future, the Linz AG will be building a large number of these filling stations in Linz and its supply area in order to create a wide basis for this forward-looking technology.
The KEBA AG has developed a modern forward-looking electric filling station. The LINZ AG is the first customer for this. The KEBA electric filling station features numerous safety and security functions, the traceability of use, the round-the-clock availability of the devices and the integrated user registration. In addition, the devices feature an attractive design, are extremely robust and thus ideally suited for an outdoor installation.
