C2 Communication modules
The KeConnect communication range includes back-to-back modules and cards for customized communication configurations. Standard plugs simplify wiring.
The field buses cover everything from high-speed drive control to cross-control IP communication.

- The EtherCAT-Coupler-series (BL 270) supports minimum cycle times down to 100µs. It has excellent and precise timing characteristics due to the usage of distributed clocks.
- Profibus master and slave modules can handle transfer rates up to 12 Mbit/s.
- CANopen modules are available as back-to-backs with 2 interfaces with a data transfer rate up to 1Mbit/s. The KeConnect C2 modules can be operated remotely via a CANopen bus coupler.
- Sercos modules enable fast, interference-free synchronous communication with drives and IOs.
- K-Net is an interface for communication with drives and IOs and it also enables controls to be networked. K-Net can be on-board on the CPs or a PCI option module can be used to configure an additional interface.
- Serial interfaces have either one or two communication channels, which can be operated independently in full-duplex mode.
