Standardized software interface with expansions
- The OPC server corresponds to the "OPC Data Access Custom Interface version 2.04" standard.
- The control's variable values can be read and written by operators working with standard visualizations.
- Simple visualizations (known as OPC clients) are easily and quickly written with Excel, Visual Basic, .NET/C#
- Special add-ons enable access to the control's basic services (e.g. user administration, read variable attributes such as unit or short text, read out and acknowledge pending messages)
