Commerzbank AG

KEBA acts as a strategic “recycling” partner to Commerzbank AG in Germany and in a number of rollouts has supplied some 250 KePlus R5 ATMs with additional coin pay-in system. In addition, the company also provides a complete maintenance service for these machines. Commerzbank strategy envisages counter-free branches throughout Germany and in order to achieve this goal, the bank has ordered another 500 KePlus terminals in the form of the new X6 model (integrated recycling machine with coin deposit and withdrawal system) for delivery over the next two years. KEBA will also undertake the rollout and servicing of the new machines.

Erste Bank and OMV-VIVA gas stations

Austria
The two Austrian parade companies OMV and Erste Bank (the latter being a long-time KEBA customer) have decided in 2009 as part of a strategic cooperation to equip 170 VIVA gas stations with the multifunctional device KePlus X6. In the first quarter of 2010, the machines were rolled out and put into operation across Austria. The support service for the machines is  performed by the certified service partner sIT solutions.

Deutsche Post DHL

Germany
Since 2003, KEBA has installed 2,400 parcel stations country-wide for DHL in Germany. Within the framework of DHL's site management program, KEBA are currently setting up new parcel stations and reorganizing those in operation to satisfy the customer need for available parcel compartments. In addition to the site management related installations, the new KEBA product, the modular parcel machine, is being rolled out and installed by KEBA in 2010 for DHL in Germany. KEBA also supports the service company of Deutsche Post DHL, DPTS, with a 2nd and 3rd level hotline during DPTS service hours in order to keep the downtimes of the stations as short as possible.

Døgnposten - The success of KePol machines began with the start of the pilot program in 2008. Since then, the number of machines has been increased in stages from 10 to the present 130 units.
KEBA is responsible for the service and maintenance of the machines. Even here, KEBA relies on an on-site service partner (GI-Network), which provides the technicians for on-site deployment and 2nd level support. 3rd level support and the care of the server, however, are fully the responsibility of KEBA and Agimatec. The collaboration of the various support levels is controlled by means of an SLA contract and the performance figures are monitored with a ticket tool.
 

Österreichische Post AG

Austria
Post.at –  KEBA installed the 24 parcel stations of the Austrian Postal Service in Vienna in 2006 and have also looked after them since then.
All the servicing of the stations, including the server software, is performed by KEBA. Furthermore, a further expansion of the stations in Austria is being worked on with the postal service.
 

Österreichische Lotterien GmbH

Thanks to its high-performance KeWin terminals and despite fierce competition, KEBA was able to achieve exclusive-supplier status in 1997, 2001 and 2006 after intensive comparison tests were conducted by the Österreichische Lotterien GmbH.
  • 4,420 KeWin multimedia terminals were supplied in 1999 to ÖLG (AT)
  • 4,780 KeWin mini terminals followed in 2002 and 2003.
  • 4,400 KeWin multimedia terminals were ordered in 2006

Spanish lottery LAE

Spain
KEBA was able stand up to the high-caliber international competition in Spain as well. In early 2006, KEBA received an order for more than 2,200 KeWin multimedia terminals from the Spanish STL company (Sistemas Técnicos de Loterías del Estados, S.A.), who operates about 13,000 lotto terminals for the Spanish lottery company LAE   (Loterías y Apuestas del Estado) throughout Spain.On January 22, 2007, KEBA was commissioned to deliver an additional 6,400 KeWin multimedia lotto terminals to the top-selling lottery worldwide. Now, LAE is almost completely equipped with lottery terminals by KEBA.
