1st level support training

KEBA offers customized training in order to acquaint your engineers with the simple and extensive diagnosis possibilities available.
 
Using professional training programmes, proven practical examples and exercises, we enable you to diagnose and repair possible functional defects in KEBA products.
 
Training includes the following topics:
  • The operation and handling of KEBA products
  • Diagnosis possibilities relating to KEBA products
  • Diagnosis tool introduction
  • Assistance with defect location and repair
  • Enlargement and exchange of component units 
  • Servicing and repair of KEBA products
