- A quick start with application frameworks
- Kemro.iecedit - the IEC editor
- Kemro.teachedit - for automatic handling
- Kemro.drives - the drive package
KePlast control systems are programmed in the standardised Kemro.studio development environment. Kemro.studio provides a set of tools that are optimally adjusted to each other and consist of programming tools that comply with IEC 61131-3, as well as preconfigured software libraries and application frameworks. The specially developed applications for the plastics industry can either be adopted directly, or adapted to meet specific customer requirements.
A quick start with application frameworks
KEBA provides its own software libraries for the automation of plastics machinery, which can be used to simply and quickly compile the required overall application. Furthermore, parts of the libraries have been combined to form a basic application for injection molding machines, which can speedily automate standard hydraulic machinery. If the software requires adaptation, the source code of the application framework can be made available to the OEM for further processing.
Kemro.manager - the software configurator
All KePlast control system hard- and software components are configured with Kemro.manager. This tool constructs modules in the system or assigns I/O points to variables in the software. Hard- and software diagnosis is possible in the same context (forcing of I/O values, performance measurements, etc.).
Kemro.iecedit - the IEC editor
Programming of the machine process and process control is completed with the IEC editor, which supports the programming languages LD, ST, SFC and FBD of IEC 61131-3. Special features such as an overview window, syntax colouring, tabular variable declaration, or project-wide search functions, facilitate work with the editor and its overview.
Kemro.teachedit - for automatic handling
Kemro.teachedit is the programming and debugging tool for the integration of handling robots. It can create programs and technology building blocks for the robot process in the form of text and store them in the source code for visualisation or the handheld terminal. In addition to high-level language, the tool provides a worker subset, various visibility ranges, a project management and its own event control. Kemro.teachedit can freely program and synchronise individual steps, both forward and backward, and set program pointers.
Kemro.drives - the drive package
Kemro.drives creates applications for the integration of drives, motors and converters from the Kemro K2 building block system. Kemro.drives also provides ready-made program parts that enable the simple configuration of different drive solutions. Kemro.drives affords the seamless integration of electrical injection molding machines into the KePlast concept.
