All KePlast range visualizations are simple to create and convenient to operate. Project engineering is either carried out directly in the control application, or using Borland JBuilder on the basis of Java technology. KePlast also provides ready-made masks and visualization elements in the form of Kemro.beans. The diagnostic tools and basic services such as I/O monitor, alarm administration, or process data monitoring integrated into the controller, simplify start-up and servicing.
Kemro.beans - it doesn't get any easier than this
Kemro.beans are ready-made masks and visualization objects for the programming of KePlast visualization systems. Ready-to-use masks are available, e.g. for the recording and monitoring of process data, administration of alarms and users, and for machine set-up and diagnosis. The beans are held in the Kemro.studio environment and are simply positioned in the screen mask with drag & drop. This reduces the project engineering costs for KePlast visualizations to a minimum. If individual masks or specific process add-ons are to be created, these can also be directly programmed in Java.
Kemro.view.basic – for immediate use
Visualization for the KePlast i1000 series is programmed directly in the control application and an easy-to-use library is also available for this purpose.
Kemro.view.standard - write once, use many times
Kemro.view.standard is the process visualization employed for the KePlast i2000 and i5000 control systems. The configuration is carried out in Java technology using Kemro.beans. This guarantees both the quick and cost-effective creation of customer-specific user interfaces, as well as a consistent look and feel. Pages designed once are displayed on each visualization in the system with the correct size and resolution. KePlast systems have a system-wide language and unit switch-over, and also allow the integration of separate online help using HTML format. The operating convenience and ease of service are rounded off by additional functions such as direct e-mail transmission from the KePlast control should a machine fault occur.
Kemro.services - integrated basic services
The KePlast product range is also provided with a series of ready-made service pages that are available in different sizes in line with control system performance.
Kemro.opc - the third-party interface
Third-party systems are integrated via the OPC server of the Kemro K2 component block system, which can also use KePlast data and services.
