We are an open, competent resource in the market and offer complete solutions from one source. Our customers experience KEBA as an innovative and dynamic company and see a good price/performance ratio. We will continue to strengthen and expand our technical innovations to continually bring clear advantages and tangible benefits to the customer. Being dynamic means acting quickly and competently. We actively assume the role of the customer and develop attractive solution offerings from it.

The strong, internal corporate culture compliments the distinctive market and customer orientation. The basis of which can be found in the appreciative way KEBA employees interact with each other. The entrepreneurship of the company is expressed by the individual responsibility of every single employee. There is a sense of clarity and engagement in our internal customer/supplier relationships that is easy to see. Every KEBA employee is both customer and supplier. Results produced count for both our external and internal customers. An optimal price/performance ratio (best value for money) arises for internal and external customers, when performance = functionality, quality, technology, degree of innovation, service and price as perceived by the customer.

Vision, strategy and corporate culture is the framework for our daily work. The goals derived from this are listed in the annual balanced scorecard (BSC). Through the successive branching-off of goals by area and organizational units, the clarity and consistency for employees becomes transparent.

Quality, job safety, health and the environment are a central concern to us. They affect the products, the entire process chain with the people who work in these processes, their working conditions as well as the environmentally sound handling of all kinds of resources.

We are guided by the principles of the EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards as well as corporate requirements for designing and continuously developing our management system. We are committed to complying with the relevant laws and regulations. Moreover, we are also committed to measures in order to participate in the corporate and economic policy development. The result is our own management system which is perfectly matched to us and our requirements, always with regards to efficiency and benefits.

To us humans, the world seems to turn ever more quickly. And standing still means going backwards. What's new this morning is old by tomorrow. Constant improvement is a basic requirement if you want to be one of the best. The comprehensive education and continuous training of the employees makes a significant contribution to satisfying these requirements.

We ensure the effectiveness of our trade through regular monitoring and evaluation of progress and status. As measurement criteria, we use our continuous growth whose basis is highest customer satisfaction, exciting products and continuous optimization and improvement of all our processes.

The KEBA employee profit sharing program KeMit provides incentives for achieving these goals. All employees benefit directly from the company's profits. The share in the profits can be strengthened even more for the individual employee through a variable salary model.

The corporate policy is binding for all our employees. We pursue an active communication policy to allow our employees to support and implement this on their own.
