In order to ensure that your KePol solution has a high degree of availability and can also make use of its full potential during run-time, KEBA also provides you with support during operation.
KEBA offers you an extensive range of services from which you can choose your requirements accordingly. The following services are available: Rollout, hardware operations, software operations, training.
Range of services
The KePol Rollout services include delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the KePol lockers. You can choose between two options for starting up your KePol locker: Rollout by KEBA or rollout by the customer.
These services include hardware maintenance i.e. repairing the locker, provisioning of consumables and spare parts and coordination with service partners. Hardware operations can be used as a basic package or in an extended form.
KEBA also supports you when operating the software. These services include bug fixing, upgrades or incident management. The KePol solution can be hosted in either the customer’s own IT center or directly at KEBA as software as a service.
The KEBA Academy provides individual training packages for anyone who comes into contact with the KePol solution: Installation teams, commissioning technicians, service agents and supervisors. The training can be carried out online, at KEBA or directly with you on-site.
