What are the system requirements for using the software?
Operating system (PC): Windows 10 or later
Wallboxes (hardware):
- KeContact P30 x-series as a standalone with RFID function.
- KeContact P30 x-series (as master) in a charging network with up to 15 c-series. All wallboxes in a charging network must have the RFID function.
Wallboxes (software):
- KeContact P30 x-series: at least software version 1.13 required
- KeContact P30 c-series: no firmware update required
How do I install the software?

How can I activate the software? What is the licence key (ticket code) and where can I find it?
In order to use the software, it must be activated with a licence key (ticket code). The licence key is printed on the back of the purchased booklet included in the delivery. When you open the downloaded and installed software for the first time, you will be asked to enter this key.

How many wallboxes can be connected?
With the KEBA eMobility Solution for Hotels & Companies, a maximum of 16 KeContact P30 (1 x-series in combination with up to 15 c-series) can be managed.
It is currently not yet possible to use the solution in combination with multiple charging networks or an M20 charging management controller.
Are there regular software updates? How can I update the software?
We update the eMobility Solution for Hotels & Companies regularly. You can find the current version here. Once the desktop application is no longer connected to the internet, it cannot be updated automatically. If you wish, our software update newsletter will inform you via e-mail as soon as an updated software version is available.
How many RFID cards are included? What if I need more?
The software delivery package includes 10 RFID cards. If you need more RFID cards, you can order them in packs of 10 (Item No.: 127939) via our dealer network.
