    Qualified junior staff is an important part of KEBA and our apprentices are valuable future employees thanks to their practical training.

    For our apprenticeships - administrative assistant, logistics operations, purchaser, IT Technician and electrician - we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic girls and boys who enjoy learning and show interest in their profession.

    The training of our apprentices in administration, logistics operations and electronics is based on a rotation system. This enables holistic training in line with the job profile and provides a comprehensive insight into different departments and specialist areas. Our purchasers and IT technicians receive specialist training in their departments.

    Apprentice compensation and bonuses

    Our apprentice compensation is based on the collective agreement of the electronics industry. In addition, we want to motivate you with bonuses for high grades and reward your commitment.

    Employee profit participation

    You receive an employee profit participation in form of an annual payout - called KeMit.

    Additional training

    We consider personal and professional development of high value. This is why we support you with additional training in the areas of communication, foreign language English, personal development, IT basics, etc.


    We offer two warm menus with salad buffet and an alternative dish (which usually consists of salad variations). The menus are promoted by the company and are therefore offered at a cheaper price.

    Flexible working hours

    The working hours at KEBA can be scheduled flexible outside of the block times, since we use the flexitime model.

    Youth ticket for public transport

    For your entire apprenticeship we take over the costs for the youth ticket for public transport. This entitles you to the use of public transport for your commute and thus you can travel free of charge on public transport throughout Upper Austria during the holidays.
