Apprenticeship

Automation plays a crucial role in our modern lives, even if it often remains invisible.

For our apprenticeship/training we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic girls and boys who enjoy learning and show interest in their profession.

The training is based on a rotation system. This enables a holistic training and provides a extensive insight into different departments and specialist areas.

Through individual training and further education, we want to support you professionally and personally and prepare you for your future career.

Apprenticeship trainings in Austria

If you would like to complete your apprenticeship at our main location in Linz/AT, you can choose from a total of six apprenticeships in the technical and commercial fields.

Our experienced trainers will support you from day one and fully integrate you into their team.
You will gain an insight into a wide range of company departments and will be able to develop your talents. Many of our apprentices stay with KEBA after completing their training and take on exciting projects.

Special benefits for our young KEBAns

Young talents are important to us. That's why, in addition to the usual apprentice compensation, there are some special benefits that are really useful.

Flexible working times

Working hours at KEBA can be flexibly arranged outside of block times, as we use the flexitime model.

Public transport ticket

For your entire apprenticeship period, we will cover the costs for the special Youth Ticket. This entitles you to use all forms of public transport; this means that you can also travel free of charge on weekends and during vacations on public transport throughout Upper Austria.

Bonuses

We want to motivate you additionally with bonuses and reward you for good grades. By the way - the apprentice compensation is based on the collective agreement of the electronics industry.

Employee participation

We offer our employees a model of profit sharing.

Lunch

At noon there is the possibility to eat in the house. Our chef offers every day two warm lunch menus with salad buffet and an alternative dish (which mostly consists of salad variations). The menus are sponsored by the company and are therefore affordable even for the small wallet.

Additional trainings

As we attach particular importance to your personal and professional development, we support you with additional training in the areas of communication, foreign language English, personality development, IT basics, etc.

Apprentice events

Whether it's a trip to the trampoline hall, two days of rafting or an apprentice health day - our events especially for apprentices give them the opportunity to get to know each other better. In addition, numerous events take place throughout the year for all KEBAners (including apprentices, of course!), such as skiing days, Christmas parties, punch parties, football and ice hockey tournaments, company outings, running events and much more.
