The central unit is designed for wall mounting. It requires its own 230VAC / 50 Hz power supply (socket) for operation. The door module should be installed to the right of the door to be opened, in the wall/facade or in a column. According to ÖNORM B1600, the standard-compliant installation height for operating elements is between 80cm and 100cm above the floor. It is recommended to install the door module 100cm above the floor (measured from the top edge of the door module). At least 6cm of clearance must be provided below the door module so that the unlocking tool for the door module can be used.
The entire configuration of the central unit (access permissions, opening hours, etc.) is carried out via the convenient web interface on a PC.
The door modules of the previous-generation KeBin S6 and Pasador can be replaced with the KeBin S10 access system immediately, without any additional construction work.
An electrician and a KEBA technician are required to commission the KeBin S10. If KEBA technicians carry out the commissioning, the access system is also serviced by KEBA.
