KEBA at automatica 2025
Under the motto “Automation to your taste”, you can expect open and flexible solutions for industrial robotics and automation at this year's automatica.
🔍 Live at our stand:
-
Two AI-powered live demonstrations - Kemro X for end-of-line automation and a smart KeMotion robot application - will show how digitalization and intelligent control are brought to life in real time through object and voice recognition.
-
New in the KEBA portfolio: The safe EnDat 2.2 encoder box, which is now ISO 10218-compliant.
- drag&bot shows how the intuitive operation of robots enables machine and plant manufacturers to integrate standard industrial robots into existing user interfaces.
Our co-exhibitor will also be offering a taste of its solutions:
- Cognibotics will be presenting its revolutionary motion tool Juliet&Romeo® for the first time, which sets new standards in the real-time programming of robots and automation systems.
Let's meet! We will be at automatica in Munich from June 24 to 27:
**You will find us in hall B5 | booth 504.

Create your own automation solution
Automation to suit your taste
The components from the KEBA product & service portfolio can be combined with each other as easily as combining individual ingredients to make a burger. This results in holistic automation solutions for our customers. Thanks to the open interfaces, 3rd party components can be added as additional “ingredients” in Kemro X.

AI for industrial applications
At our stand, you can experience live how artificial intelligence can be integrated into control processes, for example for real-time object detection and tracking as well as for recognizing voice commands. We will also be presenting the KEBA AI Development Kit**, which has been specially developed for industrial applications. This kit enables the simple integration of AI into existing automation systems and is tailored to the requirements of the industrial environment.

Cognibotics presents Juliet&Romeo®
New paths in robotics and automation
When Cognibotics - known as a deep tech company in robotics - meets the automation and robotics specialist KEBA, a new approach to the development of industrial robots and automation solutions is created: flexible, open and future-oriented. The open robotics platform KeMotion is used in high-end products such as the HKM-1800 robot from Cognibotics - a convincing example of the openness and flexibility of KEBA technology.
This year, Cognibotics will co-exhibit Juliet&Romeo® - a novel solution for programming robots and automation systems - at the KEBA booth. This innovation represents a strategic advance for companies that want to increase their flexibility, reduce downtime and shorten their time-to-market.

Kemro X-Live Demonstration
Automation solutions to suit your taste
This demonstration focuses on Kemro X - the open, flexible platform for industrial automation. See for yourself how hardware and software components from the Kemro X portfolio can be combined in a simple and versatile way.
This end-of-line packaging solution demonstrates the seamless connection of real application and digital twin - with innovative technologies for systems, robotics and mechanical engineering.
The AE 550 AI module enables the use of AI algorithms in the Kemro X system**. It integrates AI directly into existing control systems, for example for object recognition, which can then be used in PLC or robot control systems for object handling.

Simple operation with drag&bot
Another highlight is the live demonstration of drag&bot. This intuitive robot operation enables machine and system manufacturers to seamlessly integrate standard industrial robots into existing user interfaces. As a result, users can later operate and convert the systems independently without the need for robot experts. In addition, drag&bot supports the interfaces of all standard industrial robots on the market, which ensures maximum compatibility and simple integration.
More trade show highlights
Wireless operation
The KeTop Safe Wireless T150/T155 enable safe, wireless operation - flexible and manufacturer-independent. Integrated operating range monitoring is available on request.
Perfect for a few axles
KeDrive is the flexible, safe and open servo drive system for modular machines. In the Kemro X exhibit, just one KeDrive D3-AC controls all three axes of a Delta robot.

New: EnDat 2.2 safe encoder box (ISO 10218)
In addition to the safe encoder box for Hyperface encoders, the safe encoder box for EnDat 2.2 is now also available. The safety-certified encoder box enables the evaluation of six safe encoders simultaneously - ideal for flexible machine and robot systems. Communication with the robot controller takes place via the FSoE safety protocol. This opens up our portfolio even further to a wide range of safe robotics solutions. The extension to EnDat 2.2 now also enables safe robotics solutions for open-arm robots from Comau. Both solutions create more flexibility in robotics projects and help to reduce wiring effort, complexity and costs.
KEBA & autonox Robotics
autonox robot mechanics together with KeMotion is an excellent combination. Both product families are designed for openness and integration capability and at the same time offer everything that standard industrial robots can do.
At automatica, you can see for yourself at the autonox stand how easy it is to move autonox kinematics with KeMotion.
