FAQs
How does redeeming my free ticket work?
Click on the "Order ticket" button at the top of the page and send us the data provided in the email.
You will then receive a voucher code for your visit to automatica back from us by e-mail. You can then redeem this yourself on the automatica website. Go to "Tickets > Redeem voucher code" do.
What is a coupon code?
As a visitor, you have free admission to the trade fair with the voucher code. KEBA will pay the admission costs for you. If you order a free ticket for automatica from us, you will receive your voucher code by e-mail.
How long is my ticket valid?
Each voucher code is valid for one day of the trade fair. If you would like to visit automatica 2022 on several days, you are welcome to request an additional ticket from KEBA. To do so, simply register via the "Order ticket" button at the top of the page.
Can I also use public transport with the ticket?
The ticket does not include a ticket for public transportation.
