KeMotion – one control for all robots
KeMotion is KEBA’s number one turnkey robot controller. KeMotion stands for the fast, open and customized automation of robots and machines. The controller enables simple configuration. After selecting a robot model, the first motion sequences are programmed intuitively. In Munich, the trade visitors experienced the advantages of KeMotion live. COMAU's standard robot mechanics moved quickly and precisely with the turnkey robot control and interacted absolutely safely with the visitors thanks to KeSafe.
KeMotion FlexCore – the solution for individualists
KeMotion FlexCore is a solution for individualists with an open, comprehensive and scalable automation system in modular form. It allows interventions at all levels of the control architecture. Users enjoy all the advantages of the components as with KeMotion, while selecting only the modules they really need. They can add their own software packages and runtime systems directly at the Linux operating system level. This makes it possible to create a completely independent system and protect the company's own know-how. This helps KEBA customers to clearly distinguish themselves from the competition. In Hall B5, Booth 508, visitors saw an example of what powerful robotics solution is already possible: In this trade fair demonstration, KEBA's established and proven high-end robotics was combined with the dynamic open source vision technology of a creative ROS community.
Concept Study: KeTop T150 Wireless – safe hand-held terminal without cables
KEBA is the world market leader for mobile operation and robot teach-in. KeTop T150, their latest innovation, is a wireless hand-held pendant station with a capacitive touch screen that can be operated as a real multitouch and thus scores with intuitive operability, highest ergonomics and best user experience. KeTop T150 Wireless can be quickly and easily integrated into any control and environment. No safety CPU or radio infrastructure is required. Automatica visitors could test how to quickly and safely limit the effective range of the KeTop T150 Wireless at the KEBA booth in hall B5.
