Built-in sensors

The sensors built into the LeviSpin drill spindle provide high-resolution signals about the current process forces in real time. This makes the machining process fully transparent and opens up completely new possibilities. In combination with a KEBA Edge Device the machining process can be precisely monitored and optimized. Quality-relevant piece-specific process data can be archived. Specialized analysis functions extract Smart Data from Big Data and recognize material layer thickness, drill bit wear and process anomalies.
