Creating Automation Solutions. Together.
Solutions for Machine Tools
This year, KEBA will once again be exhibiting at AMB in Stuttgart. As an established provider of automation solutions, we will showcase the latest trends and technologies for the machine tool industry. Take the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with KEBA's experts.
We look forward to welcoming you to the KEBA exhibition stand.
Hall 6, Booth 6D55
CNC Technology for High-Performance Machine Tools
KEBA supplies complete automation solutions that includes mobile and stationary panels, CNC controllers, safety controllers, drive controllers with safe motion monitoring, KEBA I/Os, servo motors, tool spindles, laser source control, and galvanometric axes.
KeWheel
The fully adaptive KeWheel rotary push button serves as the central operating element, combining functions such as override control, electronic handwheel, operating mode selection, axis jogging, and user interface input in a single device. With its wide range of haptic feedback capabilities, the KeWheel enables operators to intuitively perceive additional information about the machine's status through touch, enhancing both usability and operational awareness.
KeTop T20N
Lightweight, ergonomic, and cost-effective
Its compact design, integrated handwheel, and flexible interfaces make the KeTop T20N a cost-effective HMI solution for machine tools. The Linux-based platform enables custom visualizations, while preconfigured communication interfaces reduce the effort required for integration.
Thanks to its light weight, ergonomic design for both right- and left-handed users, and tactile controls, the handheld control unit enables comfortable and precise machine operation.
KeDrive D3 System – PROFIdrive Certified
The KeDrive D3 is among the first multi-axis drive systems to receive PROFIdrive certification, enabling fast and standardized integration into PROFINET automation systems. Featuring 3 servo axes in a single compact module, the KeDrive D3 offers a space-saving design and supports installation close to the application. Its certified PROFIsafe communication also provides the foundation for the seamless integration of functional safety into modern machines.
"HMI Explained" Video Series
In this video series on Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), we provide insights into the world of operation and monitoring in industrial automation. Engaging topics such as UX design, mobile and stationary operator panels, and various HMI technologies are explained in a clear and accessible way, offering perspectives from different angles.
Video 1: UX Design
In this episode, we explore user-centered design for Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI)
Video 3: Innovative HMI Control Elements
In this episode, we introduce KeWheel - an innovative solution that combines multiple input functions, such as override controls and electronic handwheels, into a single device.
Video 2: Digital machine control panel
In this episode, we introduce the topic of 'digitalizing the machine control panel'.
Video 4: Middleware
To ensure that the KEBA visualization framework is compatible with a wide range of control systems, an abstraction layer has been developed that accommodates the individual communication interfaces of different manufacturers.
Automation Platform
The Kemro X platform serves as the basis for a wide range of applications: It enables numerous hardware and software combinations and the integration of third-party applications within an open system architecture. Visitors will learn how end-to-end automation - from the control level through drives to robotics - can be implemented seamlessly and securely.
From modular control systems to comprehensive automation concepts, we work alongside you to develop flexible, scalable and future-proof solutions. For every industry and every challenge.
