INOSOFT VisiWin for KeTop
Flexible and adaptable
KEBA and INOSOFT have set themselves the task of developing a highly reliable visualization solution that is nevertheless very easy to integrate. Therefore, VisiWin for KeTop is an open system that seamlessly integrates the powerful and widely used Microsoft developer tools Visual Studio and Blend to ensure maximum flexibility. In addition, the user interface "Modern UI", based on WPF, provides a class library that offers all possibilities for designing modern, graphically appealing and intuitive user interfaces (high-end user interfaces). This ensures that the visualization software can also be used on other KEBA handheld terminals. Furthermore, the HMIs can also be integrated into larger architectures, for example as VisiWin clients.
The capabilities and functionality of the visualization solution were tailored exactly to the KeTop in order to ensure highest work efficiency. The hardware peripherals are integrated into the tool and thanks to precise development, specially designed, optimized features are available. This ensures that the software is perfectly matched to the hardware capabilities and that the full potential of both technologies can be exploited.
The availability of VisiWin as a native solution and the open concept also guarantee that the additional hardware components used in the KeTop series can be used optimally and evaluated efficiently by the software. The combined Know-How of KEBA and INOSOFT enabled the development of a new, holistically coordinated and powerful visualization concept.
Functionality and safety
VisiWin for KeTop provides the user with a selection of individually definable, modular system functions from which the user can freely choose during setup. They can be flexibly adapted to requirements and conditions. From communication to machines, language switching and recipe management to logging, user and alarm management, there are no limits of individualization for the user. For example, user administration allows the connection of readers for logins, access rights can be individually defined and there is the possibility for automatic logging out after a defined period of time. In order to avoid misunderstandings and confusion in the event of an alarm, it is feasible to create user-defined alarm types, select from any alarm classes and alarm groups and determine the acknowledgement types.
Perfectly tailored to the customer
The visualization solution offers the user numerous options for adapting the user interface and thus represents a powerful basis for the individual equipment of machines. All modules and application frames can be pre-defined and combined as required and the components can be reused for individual machine models. The HMI application and keyboard can be individually designed. In addition, fonts, units, symbols, date and time can be changed to make operation as convenient as possible.
The user interface is designed in such a way that own controls can be created and adapted, there is the option to represent and configure time-controlled animations and also a gesture control for an intuitive mode of operation was developed. The combination of openness and configurable functionality makes this visualization concept an extremely adaptable and customer-friendly application. Whether self-written functions, in-house visualization or own libraries - there are no limits to the design of the software.
