Benefit from the compatibility of the “KeTop” handheld control units, as they are open to all control systems. This allows the WinCC Unified visualization software to be used on mobile handheld control units by KEBA.
Integration is performed via a server-client architecture. Ideally, the server (the runtime) will run on your existing Siemens hardware, e.g. a Unified Comfort Panel. We supply the mobile terminal with the necessary hardware, visualization software components and control elements. For integration into the Siemens world, solutions are available using PROFINET and PROFIsafe, as well as S7 drivers.

Which KEBA handheld operating devices are compatible with WinCC Unified?
The entire product range of mobile “KeTop” devices is WinCC Unified compatible.
Are there also wireless handheld control units available?
Yes. The “Safe Wireless” devices are available as the KeTop T150 in portrait format and the KeTop T155 in landscape format.
Are the devices compatible with Linux devices?
Currently, the server is not running on a Linux system. However, it is possible to access the server with a Linux device with a browser and realize the visualization in this way.
Is the complete WinCC Unified solution supported or is it a reduced version?
It is the complete WinCC Unified solution. The PLC and the visualization software are provided by Siemens. KEBA offers the connection via the mobile hand-held operating device, called KeTop, including visualization, operating elements and keyboard integration.
How complicated is the switchover and what support does KEBA offer?
Switching to KEBA handheld control units is not difficult. KEBA offers a range of documentation for integrating the Siemens control and visualization. Of course, our customer solution managers are also on hand to provide support. Contact us!
