Key- and asset management
At a glance
Secure and efficient storage of sensitive items, such as keys, documents, work equipment, tools or weapons, demands a smartly conceived system involving clearly defined access procedures.
With solutions for electronic key management, medication handling, visitor management and the overseeing of weapons, ammunition or work equipment, you can establish a comprehensive security system. Valuable items essential to business processes are reliably stored and effectively protected against unauthorised access, loss, tampering and misuse.
At the same time, access specific to requirements is guaranteed at all times for authorised staff and external contractors. Support for a range of interfaces means the system can be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructures.

Key management
Our key transfer system provides structured, secure and transparent management of keys and other access resources. You define which staff have access to specific keys at what times, thereby minimising the risk of unauthorised removal and use. Full automatic logging means you always have a clear overview of which keys are where, and who last used them.
Visitor management
A state-of-the-art visitor management system ensures comprehensive digital recording of all relevant data in a clearly organised, efficient and traceable way. This allows you to keep track at all times of who has been on your premises and when, enabling you to react quickly if necessary, for example in the event of an infection. It will also cut down on administration, relieving your staff of the burden of manual documentation and routine tasks.
Work equipment management
The transfer terminals act as a central interface for the automated issue of work equipment. If a required item is lacking or faulty, staff can help themselves as needed. The relevant service-provider contractor is automatically notified, and can promptly restock any work equipment that has been requisitioned. This ensures that your staff are able to keep working at all times, while you retain full transparency and control over your work equipment and facility management.
Weapons management
A professional issuing system for weapons, ammunition and personal emergency call devices ensures that security equipment is available exclusively to authorised persons – traceable at all times and fully documented. All withdrawals and returns are recorded digitally directly within the system. This ensures that everything is quickly available in when needing to be deployed, with full logging ensured.
Mail & documents
The electronic mailbox system enables the secure and efficient transfer of mail and documents. When internal or external items have been deposited, an automatic notification is immediately sent, and the documents can be collected at any time.
All documents remain securely stored until collected – combining quick access with maximum security. There is no need for staff to handle manual transfers.
Tool management
Missing or unavailable tools and equipment interrupt work processes and cause avoidable costs. RFID-based transfer systems support smooth workflows by increasing availability and significantly speeding up response times. The digital tool management system automatically records inventory levels, as well as withdrawals and returns. Flexible access control concepts ensure that only authorised staff have access to the tool issuing system. An internal booking platform additionally allows equipment to be reserved for specific times. The integrated booking diary provides transparency as to upcoming usage at all times.
