Electronic visitor management system
At a glance
Many businesses still require guests and external contractors to register in person at reception. Visitor passes are issued and collected manually, which ties up staff, takes time, and can lead to incomplete visitor logging.
A professional visitor management system fully digitises and automates this process. All relevant data is recorded in a structured, transparent and efficient way. This allows you to keep track at all times of who has been on your premises and when. Affected parties can be notified individually when necessary, for example in the event of an infection. Also you can provide storage lockers for your visitors valuables.
At the same time, your staff are substantially relieved of administration and repetitive routine tasks.

How does visitor management work?
Set-up
The system is ready for use immediately after installation. In addition to checking in directly at the terminal, your visitors can also check in via an online portal. They enter their contact details, along with the date, time, location, reason for their visit and the person they are visiting, and submit the form.
With contactless visitor check-in, safety notices or COVID guidelines can also be confirmed by signing directly at the terminal.
The visitor management software logs every visitor on entering and exiting, and keeps track of who is currently in the building.
Applications
There are two options for storing RFID cards: the card dispenser module for up to 100 cards, or the card module with 20 slots.
An interface connects the visitor management system to your specific access control system. This allows cards to be programmed with specific temporary access rights on the day of the visit.
Visitor management for:
- Visitor passes
(e.g. MIFARE, LEGIC, HITAG ...) - Corporate ID / replacement ID
- Other access media
(e.g. keys, ...)
Tip: With our digital visitor management system, you can also provide your guests with protective equipment, such as face masks or hand sanitiser.
Electronic reception
Self-operated solution for visitors, external contractors and staff
The electronic reception combines professional visitor management, digital key management and work equipment management in a self-operated solution. This makes it a true all-rounder, serving as a single point of contact for staff, customers and guests.
External contractors in particular, such as security personnel or visiting engineers, need access to specific sites within the company premises, including outside working hours. Check-in is digital, and visitor passes are issued automatically. Your staff can retrieve keys and other access media, as well as any equipment required.
