texLOG® locker solution – how it works
Set-up
The basic requirement for the laundry dispensing locker, as for other units, is that textile items are tagged with UHF RFID transponders. Ideally, a fixed quota is also defined for each employee.
The system also works with pool laundry and clothing allocated on a per-person basis
Applications
With quota-allocated pool laundry, staff can only remove a predefined number of garments.
Once the garments have been taken out, the locker content data is updated, and with it the employee’s quota. This makes it possible to track changes of clothing.
Tip: Can also be used for issuing of stethoscopes, surgical gowns, personal protective equipment (PPE) or similar items.
