Room Solution
With the texLOG room-based solution, your central workwear distribution room becomes a smart clothing depot. An access control point and a personnel gate provide controlled entry and automatically record the textiles taken.
Employees identify themselves at the system and select the clothing they need. When they leave the room, items tagged with UHF RFID transponders are detected and assigned to the respective employee. This makes fresh workwear available through self-service around the clock—without requiring additional staff for distribution.
Individually defined allowances support demand-based dispensing. When worn clothing is returned, the employee's personal allowance is replenished. This simplifies textile circulation management and helps limit unnecessary stockpiling.
Cabinet Solution
When workwear is needed at multiple locations within a facility, the texLOG cabinet solution provides decentralized distribution. The dispensing cabinets can be installed wherever they fit conveniently into employees' daily routes while saving space—for example, near changing rooms or individual production areas.
After identifying themselves, employees take the clothing they need. UHF RFID technology automatically detects the tagged textiles and updates both inventory and personal allowances. This combines easy dispensing with transparent inventory management.
