That's why the loxmate configurator has been intentionally designed to be straightforward and easy to use. It includes only the modules and extensions that are essential for creating an initial configuration.
This allows you to reach a result quickly without having to navigate through countless options or complex workflows.
What you can configure on your parcel locker
With the loxmate configurator, you can easily create your preferred parcel locker configuration. Among other things, you can define:
- whether the system will be installed indoors or outdoors,
- the color of the unit,
- the required base option and the resulting dimensions,
- the preferred power supply (grid-powered or self-sufficient with a photovoltaic module), and
- the desired compartment mix for your parcel locker.
Your selections are displayed instantly in a 3D visualization, making it easy to see both the appearance and the size of your configured system.
Another important advantage: The configurator automatically takes relevant dependencies into account. For example, if your configuration requires an additional remote unit, the necessary cabling is automatically included and added to the bill of materials. This ensures that your configuration is complete and helps reduce questions and errors during the subsequent planning and quotation process.
Augmented Reality: See the system at its future location
One of the configurator's standout features is its Augmented Reality (AR) view. Simply scan a QR code with your smartphone to display your configuration in AR and virtually place it either in a room or directly at the intended installation site.

It also makes it easier to coordinate infrastructure requirements such as power connections and foundations.

Note for existing customers: An enhanced version of the configurator with additional configuration options is also available for existing customers. Depending on your setup, pricing for standardized components can also be stored within the tool. We will roll out this version gradually over the coming weeks and will contact eligible customers directly.
