Order process with Click & Collect


Software
Ideally, a web store is required for the Click & Collect application. Via an API, this store can be connected to the KePol Software Suite that manages the Click & Collect pick-up stations. Via this middleware, information about the desired pickup location and volume of the purchase as well as the customer's contact details are transferred.
In addition, a barcode required for collection is generated and sent to the customer. As soon as the purchase has been picked up, a new information is generated that the previously occupied compartment is available again.
