With the clearly designed desktop application, the charging processes of guests, employees and customers can be managed, tracked and prepared for billing. For each user, the desktop application creates a report on the charging processes, the charged energy, the charging time, and the associated costs based on the defined kWh price. These can then be listed directly on the hotel bill or payslip.

What are the requirements for using the software?
The software can be used with new and existing KEBA wallboxes from the KeContact P30 x-series or a charging network consisting of an x-series (as master) with up to 15 c-series. All wallboxes must be equipped with RFID. No hardware changes need to be made for this if the wallboxes already belong to a common network. Once the software has been downloaded, it can be installed on the desktop of the PC using the license key. If this is connected to the charging stations via WLAN / LAN, the desktop application can already be used.
The software is compatible with Windows 10 or newer.
How many charging stations can be connected?
With the KEBA eMobility Solution for Hotels & Companies, one KeContact P30 x-series and up to 15 c-series can be managed. It is not yet possible to use the solution in combination with an M20 charging management controller.
Is the software updated regularly?
Yes. You will be informed about the updates via e-mail if you specify this on the installation page when downloading the software.
How to install it? What do I need?
The desktop application can be downloaded from the installation page. To install this on the PC, the license key supplied with the purchase must be entered.
If the PC is connected to the local network of the charging stations via WLAN / LAN, the eMobility Hotels & Company software can already be used.

In addition to the license key, the software delivery package also includes 10 RFID cards. If you need additional RFID cards, these can be ordered in packs of 10 from our dealer network.
