Repair & Replacement Service
If a KEBA wallbox unexpectedly fails to perform, we will provide a replacement service within 4 days with our swap service or offer a repair service.
Through the M20 charge management controller, we will install up to 500 charging points - divided into several clusters - in the underground car parks of a new urban residential complex. Billing and intelligent load management are easily integrated by the KEBA eMobility solution.
By installing an area sales force, KEBA shows that electrical engineers are important to them as installation partners. We appreciate the personal contact with the manufacturer in order to be informed about product innovations and other services.
We have already installed several KEBA charging stations in the private and public sector. The installation is quick and straightforward. The load management system can also be set up and adjusted easily and without any problems. If a question does arise, the support team is quick and helpful.
