DHL
KePol customer of the first hour
The DHL Packstation is considered the first parcel machine worldwide.
As early as 2000, when online shopping was still in its infancy, the automation experts at KEBA, together with Deutsche Post DHL, thought about how the constantly increasing parcel volume could be handled efficiently and in a customer-friendly manner in the future.
A few months later in 2001, the first packing station was installed and piloted at DHL in Germany - with lasting success.

Austrian Post
KePol parcel locker with home advantage
The Austrian postal service also relies on KEBA pick-up stations for its self-service zones. The focus is always on customer service - receiving parcels as well as large-format or registered items is made even easier by the parcel stations.
Incidentally, an Austrian Post parcel machine is located directly at the KEBA Group AG site, namely in the Urfahr business park.

GLS
Parcel Locker Network for Southeast Europe
The main goal of GLS is to offer customers an effective and convenient delivery service, which at the same time reduces CO2 emissions.
KEBA currently supplies a complete solution with more than 2,000 KePol FS10 parcel lockers for outdoor use, which are currently in operation in Croatia, Hungary and Romania. The scope of supply included hardware, software, integration into the GLS backend system, POS terminal integration and local services.
Due to the successful results, GLS has extended the cooperation with KEBA and is planning the installation of further parcel stations in the Southeast European region.

ACS
KEBA parcel stations under the Greek sun
The leading courier company on the Greek market also relies on KEBA parcel stations for the automation of the first & last mile. For ACS, the reliable technology and simple operation were the decisive purchasing criteria. Particular attention was paid to contemporary security requirements and simple installation.
In a country like Greece, where extreme weather conditions sometimes prevail, the robustness of the parcel stations also plays a major role. No problem for KePol FS09 dispensers.

DPD Baltics
First & Last Mile automated
DPD Baltics relies on a hybrid network of pick-up stores and parcel automation systems in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The growth of the e-commerce market was the decisive reason for the investment in parcel automation solutions.
Customers benefit from all services related to parcel pick-up and drop-off. In addition to pickup, it is also possible to send parcels to any address within the EU or to another parcel vending machine.

Iceland Post
Equipped for extreme weather conditions
Posturinn, the postal organization in Iceland, has relied on KEBA parcel stations for several years to enable its customers to pick up and send parcels 24/7.
Iceland, which is rather small in terms of area, is well equipped with parcel stations. The KePol stations are in operation outdoors at around 60 locations - and defy the sometimes extreme Icelandic weather. About half of them are located in the region around the capital Reykjavík, the rest are spread across the country.

An Post
Easy integration into the network
The Irish postal company An Post operates a network of parcel lockers with around 50 KePol parcel lockers installed in post offices and partner locations throughout Ireland. The KePol parcel lockers were integrated into An Post's system via the standard interfaces of the KePol Software Suite.

Sameday
Parcel locker network in Romania and Hungary
Sameday has been one of our customers since 2019. As one of the largest Romanian logistics companies, it operates the nationwide parcel station network "easybox". Services for the first and last mile are offered for Sameday customers to enable fast and easy delivery. 3.700 parcel stations are already located throughout Romania - and operations have also started in Hungary.

Milestones
In the field of logistics automation, we inspire our customers with technical expertise. We have been successful in the field of logistics automation since the early 2000s. in 2001, we developed the first parcel locker together with the German Post DHL. In 2005, extensive client and server software was added to round out KEBA's parcel locker system.
From KeBox to KePol
In 2009, the renaming of KeBox marked the birth of the KePol series as we still know it today. Customers benefit from a complete solution consisting of hardware, software and service. But at KEBA, we strive to constantly develop our parcel stations further.
In 2010, we launched the first modular locker system. The parcel stations can thus be tailored even more precisely to individual customer requirements. Versions for outdoor use and cost-optimized versions will follow.
Save resources with our eco-versions
In 2020, an eco version, which is particularly resource-friendly thanks to a photovoltaic cell and app operation, was added to the portfolio. The latest member of the KePol series is the KePol Flex. It is characterized by fast and cost-saving commissioning. This is made possible by a concrete base that enables simple installation without time-consuming site preparation.
