The KeContact P40 makes e-mobility as straightforward as possible. Thanks to open interfaces, it communicates seamlessly with almost any system – whether in a smart home, a hotel garage or on company premises.

In the cable version, the six-metre charging cable offers maximum convenience, regardless of where the vehicle is parked. In the socket version, the wallbox is perfect for semi-public areas with changing user groups.

With up to 11 kW charging power, integrated fault current protection and a low-tool 3-point mounting system, it is quick to install and ready for immediate use. The KEBA KeContact P40 is manufactured in Austria and is ClimatePartner-certified. Our Climate ID provides transparent information on the calculated Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), product-specific reduction targets and measures, as well as the climate action projects we support.

The modular design allows for specified repairs and software updates to be carried out on site, supporting long-term use.

Charge your company car at home

If you drive an electric company car and mainly charge it at home using private electricity, accurate cost allocation is essential. With the KeContact P40 featuring a certified energy meter, this is no problem.

Plus, there’s a special feature in the KEBA eMobility Portal: monthly charging reports with the exact number of kilowatt-hours charged can be automatically sent to your company.

User recognition via RFID

Thanks to the built-in RFID scanner, the KeContact P40 is protected against unauthorised use. This makes the wall box ideal for private use in the home carport or in the underground garage of a residential building. However, the RFID function not only allows the simple activation of a charging station but also the assignment to different users – perfect for using a company car at home, in the company car park or for billing purposes, e.g. at hotels.

Thanks to its modular design, 3-point mounting and integrated residual current circuit breaker, the KeContact P40 is easy and quick to install.
This prevents errors and keeps costs low. Using the KEBA eMobility app and its installer mode, the initial commissioning can be carried out in no time at all – thanks to Bluetooth^®, even completely without an internet connection.

Simple control

Ease of use is of the highest priority at KEBA: that is why the KeContact P40 can be intuitively monitored, controlled and even configured via the KEBA eMobility app. Additional management options are provided by the browser-based KEBA eMobility portal.

Best connectivity. Minimal costs.

Thanks to numerous interfaces (WLAN, Ethernet) and communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, OCPP, Rest API), the KeContact P40 can be easily integrated into a wide range of backends, energy management and smart home systems. This not only reduces commissioning costs but also enables, for example, efficient and convenient PV surplus charging. Thanks to phase switching, this also works even at low power levels.

Ideal for (semi-)public charging

The KeContact P40 charging station is also available without a charging cable. This version with a Type-2 socket is designed for use in public areas, such as car parks.

The version with a charging socket is also ideal for semi-public spaces, for example at hotels, restaurants or visitor parking areas on company premises.

Wallbox Made in Austria

Every KEBA KeContact P40 charging station is manufactured in Austria and is ClimatePartner-certified. “Made in Austria” reflects our commitment to reliability and local support whenever you need it. In addition, every KEBA wallbox is manufactured using renewable electricity.

The KeContact P40 packaging contains no plastic components. Compared with the previous KeContact P30 model, a Euro pallet can accommodate 36 instead of 21 units for the cable version, and 66 instead of 28 units for the socket version.

The modular design allows for specified repairs and software updates to be carried out on site, helping to extend the wallbox’s service life.
