KEBA eMobility solution for hotels and companies
Hotels, companies and anyone who wants to provide their customers with a charging station now have a convenient solution for tracking and billing charging processes with our new desktop application - the KEBA eMobility solution for hotels and companies. It offers:
- an overview of the charged energy of the charging infrastructure, which can be directly assigned to individual charging processes and electric vehicle drivers via RFID cards a report on the total energy consumed and in terms of costs. These can be linked directly to the hotel bill or payroll
- the integration of new or existing KeContact P30 charging stations or charging networks
- remote control of KeContact P30 wallboxes
- RFID card management and personalization of RFID cards (alias function)
These features were very well received by the visitors to the KEBA booth, especially the numerous electrical installers and planners. They were even happy to accept waiting times for discussions with the KEBA experts.
Wallbox integration in existing energy management systems
No less great was the visitors’ interest in our smart products that are becoming increasingly important not only for companies but also for private citizens. For one, connecting the device to one’s own photovoltaic system (i.e. the possibility of PV excess charging) offers a reassuring amount of cost certainty in times of uncertain energy prices. What’s also becoming more and more important is a simple way to pass on the costs of charging – including the monitoring of the charging station via the KEBA eMobility app or online portal.

Milestone: 500,000 wallboxes sold
At the beginning of 2021 we sold the 250,000th wallbox. Just 20 months later, this number has doubled to half a million. The reason behind this: the specialisation in intelligent charging technology and consistently climate-neutral production at the site in Linz.
