Comfort starts with payment
Fast. Thoughtful. Convenient.
A charging experience is only as good as the final step: the payment process. That’s why our DC charging solutions offer numerous flexible payment options to meet all user needs – from spontaneous charging to fleet operations..
Pay directly: No app, no subscription
With our direct payment feature, your customers can pay contactlessly using:
Debit and credit cards
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Fleet cards
Receipts? Sent automatically in digital form. Pricing is clearly displayed, just like at a traditional fuel station.
Freedom of choice for operators
KEBA gives charge point operators (CPOs) the choice between:
Direct billing at the charging station with the VALINA credit card terminal from PayOne or Worldline (independent of backend)
Payment via an external terminal (e.g., vourity, controlled via OCPP)
Your advantage: Convenience for your customers, control and flexibility for you.

Plug & Charge: Just plug in, charge, done.
The ISO 15118 standard is the key to intelligent and convenient charging. It enables Plug & Charge*, which means: the electric vehicle automatically authenticates itself at the DC charging station – no card or app required.
KEBA solutions with ISO 15118 already provide the foundation for this technology and are prepared for future functionalities such as bidirectional charging.
AutoCharge: Ideal for Recurring Fleet Vehicles
With the AutoCharge function, the vehicle itself becomes the charging token:
Once connected, the charger identifies the vehicle’s MAC address and automatically starts charging, provided the manufacturer assigns a static address.
Perfect for fleet applications, such as refuse collection, municipal services, or corporate parking lots with recurring vehicles. It doesn’t get more convenient than this.
Operation that simply works
A well-designed charging experience starts with intuitive operation. But true user-friendliness goes further: It also includes those who rely on easy accessibility, such as people with physical disabilities, shorter individuals, or drivers of larger vehicles.
That’s why KEBA takes a holistic approach to usability, always with accessibility in mind.
Clear user guidance, een for first-time charging
Many charging providers fail at a simple truth: if users don’t understand the menu, acceptance drops. That’s why our DC products, such as the KeContact DCA10, DCW15, and DCS10, rely on:
Intuitive HMI interfaces
High-resolution 15.6-inch displays
Excellent readability in direct sunlight
Multilingual, logically structured menus
Direct payment integrated into the main menu, not just an add-on
Preview of 2025: A software update will elevate the HMI to the next level: even clearer, more responsive, and with further optimized payment navigation.
Accessibility starts with the cable
Especially in fast charging, cable management plays a crucial role in practical usability, particularly for:
older individuals,
people with limited mobility,
drivers of larger EVs or vans.
Our solution: Depending on the product, we offer generous cable lengths that guarantee maximum freedom of movement and flexibility.
Product | Cable length | Special feature |
---|---|---|
KeContact DCW15 | up to 4 m | Compact & ideal for urban locations |
KeContact DCA10 | up to 5 m | Ideal for passenger cars & commercial vehicles |
KeContact DCS10 | up to 5 m | Flexible use in charging parks |
KeContact DCL10 | up to 8 m | Extra-long for large vehicles & truck fleets |
Your advantage: No maneuvering, no unnecessary repositioning, just convenient access to the charging point, even with wide charging sockets or in tight parking spaces.

Scalable performance for today and tomorrow
Charging infrastructure must be able to grow with demand: flexible, modular, and efficient. That’s exactly what the KEBA KeContact DCU10 Power Unit was designed for.
DCU10: The control hub for dynamic fast charging
The DCU10 is a compact DC power unit that supplies up to four DC charging points with direct current, for example, DCL10 Pillar or DCS10 Satellite Chargers.
Flexible load management
-
Charging power is dynamically distributed across up to four connected charging points.
-
Each output can be controlled individually: power can be assigned, deactivated, or added.
-
Ideal for charging different vehicle types simultaneously, such as electric passenger cars and electric trucks.
Future-proof design
-
Scalability without replacing existing charging stations, simply connect additional DCL10 or DCS10 units.
-
Total system power can be increased later by adding another DCU10.
Efficient installation & operation
-
Distance between DCU10 and charging points can be up to 70 meters, offering maximum site flexibility.
-
DCU10 can be installed indoors or outdoors, space-saving and robust.
-
Maintenance-friendly thanks to modular technology.
Optimal investment security
-
Optimal Investment Security
-
Particularly cost-effective for charging parks, logistics hubs, fleet depots, or service areas.
Example application: A logistics center starts with two DCL10 Pillars, each providing 150 kW. Later, the site is expanded with two additional DCL10 units – all centrally powered by a single DCU10 Quadruple.
Result: Up to four e-trucks can charge simultaneously, with optimal load distribution.
Product | Power | Use cases |
---|---|---|
KeContact DCW15 | 40 kW | Fleet applications Parking garages with limited grid connection Semi-public charging points (e.g., supermarkets, shopping centers, hotels) |
KeContact DCA10 | 320 kW | Highway service stations Urban charging hubs Fuel stations Semi-public charging points (e.g., supermarkets, parking garages) |
KeContact DCS10 | 480 kW | Public charging parks focused on passenger cars with high charging frequency Long-distance charging hubs for heavy-duty transport |
KeContact DCL10 | 480 kW | Electric truck charging infrastructure |
Reliable operation thanks to strong partners
In e-mobility, every kilowatt and every minute counts. A charging point that’s unavailable not only frustrates users but also results in lost revenue for operators. That’s why KEBA places the highest priority on reliability and service quality, right from the start.
24/7 operational monitoring via the KEBA monitoring and service platform enables early fault detection and rapid response
Strong service partners in each region
Preventive maintenance and fast response times ensure smooth operation of your charging infrastructure
