At the end of September 2024, KEBA Energy Automation acquired EnerCharge

Through this strategic acquisition, KEBA expanded its portfolio to include DC charging solutions for the (semi-)public sector and became a full-range supplier.

During what opening hours can KEBA DC Support be contacted?

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00 Friday: 09:00 - 12:00

Does KEBA continue to offer full support for all ex-EnerCharge products?

Support for ex-EnerCharge AC terminals (LRM16 and LRM17) was discontinued in August 2024.

KEBA will continue to provide support for all other ex-EnerCharge products.

I have a direct web link (service tunnel) for remote access to the DC service portal, does this still work?

Yes, if you have a KEBA remote service contract, you can still access the DC service portal.
