KEBA offers you a broad service catalog , from which you can choose according to your needs. This includes the following services: Rollout, hardware operations, software operations and trainings.

Successful, smooth operation of our solution is the decisive factor for customer satisfaction. To this end, we offer our customers tailored support packages with an optimized price-performance ratio.

Service catalogue


The KePol Rollout services include

  • delivery,
  • assembly,
  • installation and
  • commissioning of the KePol lockers.

You can choose between two options for starting up your KePol locker:

  • Rollout by KEBA or
  • Rollout by the customer.

Hardware Operations

These services include hardware maintenance, i.e.

  • repairing the locker,
  • provisioning of consumables and spare parts and
  • coordination with service partners.

Hardware operations can be used as a basic package or in an extended form.

Software Operations

KEBA also supports you when operating the software. These services include

  • bug fixing,
  • upgrades or
  • incident management.

The KePol solution can be hosted in either the customer’s own IT center or directly at KEBA as software as a service.


The KEBA Academy provides individual training packages for anyone who comes into contact with the KePol solution:

  • Installation teams,
  • commissioning technicians,
  • service agents and
  • supervisors.

The training can be carried out online, at KEBA or directly with you on-site.

Spare parts webshop

We provide our customers the facility for conveniently placing spare part orders, repair orders and returns around the clock using the online KEBA spare parts portal. A status overview and an evaluation facility for orders that have already been completed are also available.

Moreover, the most important information on the spare parts, i.e. express availability, price and diverse data from the stock list, is available online.

Express logistics

Due to the express logistics concept, our customers in Austria, Germany and other selected countries are supplied with spare parts the next working day either to 08:00 or 12:00. The delivery takes place at defined drop-off points. Due to the short re-procurement times, our customers can reduce their capital commitment due to spare part inventory and are still in a position to carry out a high quality service in spite of this.
